Masia in Sant Martí Vell

The rehabilitation project consisted of adapting a set of several buildings for main property of the property and different stays for rural tourism.

Without losing the essence of the built building, the interior has been completely refurbished in order to unite spaces and give more visual and lighting amplitude to the interior of the different rooms.

Simple searching has been sought through the use of simple and natural materials and the spaces have been conditioned to reduce dependence on energy networks.

The internal well or the stair were treated as sculptural elements of the home as well as functional.
