Masia in Medinyà

Interior refurbishment of a 17^th century masia for private home use. The interior layout has been adapted to the new owners needs, renovating finishings, installations and carpentry, as well as the addition of insulation on the roof to lower heating emissions.

Some structural interventions are proposed to enlarge openings.

On the exterior, a new swimming pool oriented to the landscape will be built, as well as two pergolas to organise the parking space and create an exterior living space.
