New house with a minimalist design, for which a good sunbathing has been sought in all the rooms, taking advantage of the slightly elevated position of the land.

It is designed by placing the day area on the ground floor for a better relationship with the garden and the night area on the ground floor for greater privacy.

The overhangs on the façade allow greater control of the sun, improving the energy efficiency of the house.
